Liquore Di pompia Siniscola S'anima De Pompia 500 ML

The farm is located a stone's throw from the beach of Bèrchida, a jewel of the north-eastern coast of Sardinia: a five-kilometre-long half-moon of soft white sand dunes, washed by a crystal-clear sea and covered with centuries-old junipers, which form curious natural huts.

The fruits of the Pompía, to which we have dedicated this liqueur, grow in the silence of the nature of Bèrchida, in the extreme southern part of the Alta Baronia territory.'

The pompia, from which the liqueur is made, is a variety of lemon endemic to Sardinia, widespread in particular in the municipality of Siniscola and some areas of Baronia.

This particular citrus fruit is a true rarity and, until 2015, was not even recognised by the scientific community, being called 'Citrus Monstruosa'.
